My name is Xia, the organiser and yoga teacher behind Yoga Adventures.

A self claimed nomad and adventurer, I have lived in Edinburgh, Shanghai and London since my university years, now settling back in UK's beautiful Lake District after 11 years in the UAE with extensive traveling to different countries, am looking forward to share more yoga adventures with you in Lake District and beyond. ​

Yoga has greatly improved the quality of my life and  is as vital as breathing for me, my forever goal is to introduce the yogic way of life to as many people as possible. Have been teaching private and group sessions, organising outings and hosting retreats since obtaining my advanced yoga teacher certificate in India in 2013, I am happiest when witnessing people's progress in their yoga journey and sharing appreciation towards the magic and beauty of Nature.
